There is no minimum limit for exchanging currency. However, for large transactions, we recommend contacting us in advance to ensure we have the required amount in stock and to verify any applicable limits.

Can I reserve foreign currency in advance?

Yes, you can reserve currency online through our call/WhatsApp. Once reserved, your currency will be ready for pickup at our shop location.

Do you charge any fees for currency exchange?

We do not charge any hidden fees. The only cost is the difference between the buy and sell rates. What you see on our rate board is what you pay.

What identification is required for currency exchange?

For most transactions, a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a passport, driver’s license, or identity card) is required. For large amounts, additional documentation may be needed to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.

Do you offer corporate or bulk exchange services?

Do you offer home delivery for foreign currency?

At the moment, we do not offer home delivery services. However, you can reserve your currency online and pick it up from any of our convenient locations.
