2. Currency Exchange Rates

All exchange rates displayed on our website or app are subject to change without prior notice. The rate at the time of your transaction is the applicable rate. Cairns Multitrade reserves the right to modify rates due to market fluctuations and other external factors.

3. Transaction Limits

• Minimum and maximum transaction limits may apply to currency exchanges. These limits vary depending on the type of transaction, the currency, and applicable regulations.
• For large transactions, Cairns Multitrade may require additional identification or documentation to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.

4. Identification Requirements

• For all transactions, valid identification (e.g., passport, driver’s license, or government-issued ID) is required. In certain cases, further verification may be requested.
• Failure to provide valid identification may result in the inability to complete the transaction.

6. Reservation of Currency

• You can reserve foreign currency online or through our call/WhatsApp. All reservations are subject to availability.
• Once reserved, the currency will be held for a limited time, and failure to collect within the specified timeframe may result in the reservation being cancelled.
• Cairns Multitrade reserves the right to refuse or cancel any reservation at its discretion.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

• Currency exchanges are final once the transaction is completed. Refunds are not provided for currency exchanges unless otherwise required by law.

8. Security

• We are committed to safeguarding your personal information and transactions. However, we cannot guarantee complete security, and by using our services, you acknowledge that any transmission of data involves inherent security risks.
• It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your transaction details, account information, and applicable passwords.

9. Compliance with Laws

• All transactions must comply with applicable local and international laws and regulations, including but not limited to anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations.
• Cairns Multitrade reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities as required by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Cairns Multitrade will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or reputation.
• Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount of the transaction in dispute, excluding applicable fees.

11. Use of Website & App

• All content on this website and app, including text, images, logos, and software, is the property of Cairns Multitrade and is protected by intellectual property laws.
• Unauthorized use of the content, reproduction, or redistribution without written permission from Cairns Multitrade is prohibited.

12. Modification of Terms

• Cairns Multitrade reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Malaysia.
